Prices listed on this web store and during the secure checkout do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs have to be manually calculated for each order. We will email or phone you with the shipping charges when they exceed $12.00 and ask for confirmation to go ahead with the order.
Unlike many businesses, we don't make a profit on the shipping. This means fair and honest shipping prices. There is no easy way to automatically calculate your shipping costs, because we try to bundle items together, to further reduce shipping costs.

Shipments made by Canada Post Expedited with a signature required in most cases.

Tracking Shipments
Tracking numbers will be emailed so you can track the progress of your package.
For shipments outside of Canada, once the package leaves Canada, tracking information may be updated less frequently.
Shipments Paid With Credit Cards
We only ship to addresses registered on the credit card. We cannot verify address information for customers outside of Canada or the USA. If you live outside of Canada or the USA, or if you are a resident and want us to deliver to an address not registered on the credit card, we recommend paying by Western Union or Interac email money transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Celestron Shipment Restrictions
We can only ship Celestron products within Canada and the United States of America.
Damaged Goods
If the shipping box arrives damaged, report the damage with the carrier immediately.
If any products arrive damaged, report the damage to us. Where possible, document any damage with photos.
Returns
Returns for mail and web orders require a return authorization number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the box and all correspondence. Please contact us to request an RA#.
Shipments returned from outside of Canada must be returned prepaid for all charges (shipping, brokerage).
Shipping costs are not subject to a refund, unless we made a shipment error.
Unwanted products must be returned unused in the same condition as received, accompanied with the original receipt within 15 days from the purchase date on in-store pick-ups or 30 days from the purchase date on shipped items.
Please include the original packaging and instructions.
Products worth $500.00 or more, special orders, and night vision are not refundable. A restocking fee of 20% may be negotiated.
Software (CD/DVD/VHS) must be returned unopened.
Negotiated terms will be written on the original sales receipt.
